The rules for using Gnosa, and what we do with your data. Last updated October 7, 2026.
Gnosa is a marketplace for crypto marketing. Projects put up a reward pool, creators post about the project, and we track those posts, score them and pay out by rank. Projects also use Gnosa to run whitelist raffles.
By signing up or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a project or a company, you're also confirming that you're allowed to agree on its behalf.
You can join as a creator, as a project, or both. Each person gets one creator account.
To get tracked, you connect your X, Telegram or Discord account and add a wallet. Keeping those safe is up to you. We pay whatever address is on your profile, and we have no way of telling whether the person logged in is really you.
Every campaign has a reward pool, start and end dates, and a list of platforms that count. When you post something that matches a live campaign, we pick it up automatically. There's nothing to submit.
Your Gnosa Score looks at how many people saw a post, how they engaged with it, whether the post is original, and how much we trust the account behind it. We'll keep adjusting the formula as we get better at spotting fake activity. When we change it, every creator gets the new version on the same day. We never adjust one person's score by hand, creator or project.
Posts that use bought or automated engagement, copy someone else, or reuse templated text score lower or get dropped. A dropped post doesn't earn anything.
If a post is paid, say so, in whatever way the platform you post on and the law where you live require.
A project pays the whole reward pool before the campaign goes live. Our fee comes on top of the pool, so creators get all of it. The fee is 8% on Growth and 10% on Starter, and Enterprise fees are set in the contract.
When a campaign ends, we split the pool by final rank and send each creator's share to the wallet on their profile, in USDC or the campaign's token. Blockchain transfers can't be undone, so check that address before the end date.
Any tax on what you earn is yours to sort out.
The project chooses the tasks. You need to pass the required ones before you can enter, and each optional one you complete adds weight to your entry.
The raffle page shows how winners are picked: either at random or weighted by Gnosa Score. Allowlist spots, mints and token allocations come from the project, not from us, and the project's own terms apply to them.
As a creator, you can't:
Projects can't use a campaign to promise returns, or to promote anything that's illegal where it's offered.
If anyone breaks these rules, we can suspend the account and hold back any rewards that came from it.
Campaigns and raffles are marketing. A project being on Gnosa doesn't mean we vouch for it or its token, and nothing here is investment advice.
We provide Gnosa as it is. We're not liable for losses caused by token prices, or by blockchains, wallets or third-party platforms that we don't run.
When we change these terms, we'll update this page. If a change is significant, we'll also email account holders before it takes effect.
We collect four kinds of information:
Most of it goes into running Gnosa itself: tracking and scoring posts, building leaderboards, checking raffle tasks, drawing winners and sending payouts.
We also use it to catch bot engagement, duplicate accounts and other abuse.
We'll email you about your account, the campaigns you've joined, and changes to these terms. We'll only send you marketing email if you've said yes to it.
Your creator profile is public on Gnosa. That includes your handle, Gnosa Score, tier, leaderboard ranks and tracked posts.
Wallet addresses and payouts are recorded on a public blockchain, so anyone can see them, and we can't remove them.
We keep your data for as long as your account is open. If you close it, we'll delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days. The exception is records the law requires us to keep for payouts, tax or fraud prevention.
You can disconnect a social account at any time. To get a copy of your data, or to have it deleted, email legal@gnosa.com.
